You can now use @Mentions in your social media posts, making it easier to engage with your audience and boost your visibility. @Mentions increase interaction on your posts, help brands and influencers promote each other’s content, and make your posts easier to find on some platforms.
What’s New?
- @Mentions in Social Planner: You can now add @Mentions in your social media posts.
- Works on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). Plain text mentions are available for Instagram, TikTok, and GMB.
- Search for public profiles or pages using @Mentions.
- Customize posts for each social channel if you’re posting to multiple platforms.
How It Works
- Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
- Create a New Post.
- Select the social channels you want to post on.
- If posting to multiple channels, enable the Customize for Each Channel option.
- Add @ followed by the name to tag users, pages, or profiles.
