- Set default values for missing contact details in emails.
- Customize fallback text for subject lines, preview text, and email content.
- Edit default values directly in the email editor.

This update prevents awkward blank spaces in your emails, keeping them professional and engaging. It ensures your messages are clear and polished, even if some contact data is missing.
How it works:
Default values can be added, edited, or removed in the custom value section of the email editor. They apply to workflow emails, campaign emails, bulk actions, and templates. These defaults do not change your existing contact data.
