We’ve introduced disconnection alerts for your calendar and video conferencing tools. If any of your essential integrations like Google, Outlook, iCloud, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams become disconnected, you’ll be immediately notified.

What’s New:

– Alerts are sent through:

– Email

– In-App (Web & Mobile Push Notifications)

– SMS

Notification Preferences:

– Manage notifications effortlessly:

– Go to My Profile > Notifications

– In the Calendar section, choose to enable or disable In-App, Email, and SMS notifications.

– By default, Email and In-App notifications are turned on, but you can adjust these anytime.

Please Note:

– Notifications are sent only to users

– SMS alerts require your phone number to be configured at the account level.

Disconnected integrations could lead to missed appointments, confusion, and client dissatisfaction. These timely notifications keep you informed and in control.
