Streamlined Deskphone Call Transfers

You can now easily transfer calls coming through IVR to another deskphone. Previously, you couldn’t pass a call from an IVR flow to another deskphone user, but this limitation is gone.

What’s New:

  1. Transfer IVR calls from your deskphone to another deskphone user.
  2. Standard call transfers remain unchanged.

Why it matters:

This update enhances your call-handling capability, allowing seamless collaboration and improved customer experience by enabling call transfers.

How it works:

During an active IVR call on your deskphone, simply initiate a transfer and dial your colleague’s extension. The call is seamlessly transferred to their deskphone.
