What’s New?
- Forward inbound IVR (Interactive Voice Response) calls to the Web or Mobile app.
- Choose your preferred channel—Web App, Mobile App, or My Phone Number—when using the ‘Ring All’ or IVR function for incoming calls. Note: Only one option may be selected at a time.
How to use it:
- Customize call forwarding preferences easily under Settings > My Staff > Select Team member > Edit > Call & Voicemail Settings > Forward Calls to.
- Select your default channel for ‘Ring All’ under Settings > My Staff > Select Team member > Edit > Call & Voicemail Settings > Default Channel for Ring All.
- Set your default channel for IVR under Settings > My Staff > Select Team member > Edit > Call & Voicemail Settings > Default Channel for IVR.
