With this update, you can redirect inbound IVR calls to the Kraken CRM web app or mobile app, providing more control over your communication.

- Greater Flexibility: Staff members can now receive IVR calls through the app or their phone numbers, providing more options to stay connected.
- Improved Reliability: Ensures that inbound IVR calls are not missed or directed to the carrier’s voicemail, enhancing the reliability of your call management.
How It Works
- Go to Settings: Navigate to Settings > My Staff.
- Edit Call Settings: Click on Edit for the staff member and go to the “Call & Voicemail Settings” section.
- Choose Default Channel: Select from the options under “Default channel for IVR””
- Web app: Route IVR calls to the Kraken CRM web app.
- Mobile app: Route IVR calls to the Kraken CRM mobile app.
- Phone number: Route IVR calls to a phone number.
