Kraken Business Suite™’s new Smart Tags feature lets you easily identify important deals in your Opportunity Pipelines using colorful, rule-based tags. No more sorting or scrolling needed to find what matters most!
What’s New:
- Smart Tags Tab: Found in Settings → Pipelines, where you set up visual rules for pipelines.
- Rule Builder: Create personalized tags based on any deal criteria (e.g., Deal Value > $10,000 or Last Contacted > 30 days ago).
- 6 Pre-Built Tags: Get started quickly with tags like High Value, Stale Deal, and New Lead.
- Live Preview: See how your tag will look on an Opportunity card before saving.
- Smart Card Layouts: Display tags on Opportunity cards by going to Customize Card → Add fields → Smart Tags.

Quickly identify critical deals, increasing your efficiency and ensuring you focus on what needs attention at a glance.
How It Works:
- Go to Settings → Pipelines → [Pipeline Name] → Smart Tags.
- Click Add Smart Tag, choose a color, name, and set rule conditions.
- Use Preview Tag to see how it looks.
- Save, and watch your cards update with vivid color-coded tags!
